The redesign came with some really unnecessary illogical changes including these 39 handicap parking spots that are never utilized making it so everyone has to park 200 feet away from the doors. Unfortunately this seems to be the new design for all targets so I can’t completely condemn this location in particular. The store itself is fine some of the workers are slightly Rude.
Friday before Christmas. All self checkouts were closed. 3 checkouts with cashier open. As I checked out I asked why the "self" checkouts were closed. She said, "because we don't have enough staff" Enough staff? For self checkout lanes? That's a new one!
Andover Target was awesome! Stocked, cleaned, excellent Customer Service and wonderful associates.
DOES NOT ACCEPT WIC. Otherwise a great store. Got all the way to the register before I knew they didn't take WIC. No signage anywhere
2 of the 6 items I purchased rang up higher than what the shelf tag said.
I should have give to Walmart-- they have cheaper prices on almost everything that Target offers and Walmart has a better variety of products too.
This used to be my favorite target to go to. It has really gone down hill in the last year. My last experience here there were at least 30+ workers and they only had one person at the actual registers checking people out. There was a huge line and the checkout person was VERY slow. It was almost like he was doing it on purpose. I usually use the self checkouts but I had a huge cart of items. There were tons of workers just standing around talking to each other and they could see there was a long line at this one open register but no one helped. I almost was going to be that person and ask to talk to a manager after my checkout was complete it was that bad. I decided not to because I figured no one would care anyways. When I first walked in I overheard two co workers talking extremely loud about it being her last day with Target Andover. She said thank god this place is terrible and the other co worker that wasn’t quitting agreed?? The store was not very busy when I came in and every time I was in an aisle it seemed I was in the way of someone stocking items. They all seemed annoyed that I was even trying to shop and I had to move for them. I am not sure if there is new management or what here but it used to be fantastic. Very sad!
Carla the cashier is always friendly and talks to everyone. We love Carla she brightens my day.
Literally all the workers walk around doing NOTHING when there’s only 1 register open and super long self checkout lines. Ridiculous
